This license covers sales up to 3,000 units and can be used for: Products, advertising, and most things made for profit.
But it does restrict 3 important things:
Commercial TV and Film animation. Think your Dreamworks, Disney, Nickelodeon, the big guys! Indie animation is alright with me.
Children's books. This is my bread and butter as a children's book author and illustrator.
Private License Resale. Buying a commercial license does not give ownership of the illustrations. All artwork is copywritten to Melquea Smith and Brown Sugar Graphics. Please don't resell these illustrations.
The license covers any and all clip art that you have and will continue to receive from Brown Sugar Graphics through freebies, the Brown Sugar Graphics membership, or through separate purchases.
The price may change in the future, so if you're sure you want to make products to sell, this will be the license for you!
